Service is performed on-site by our experienced, factory-trained service technicians. Our continuous training program assures each technician is kept abreast of new product developments and technology. Our technicians are trained to service and repair equipment supplied by Best Products Sales and Service, and they are also trained to repair many brands of competitive equipment.
We take pride in being able to provide excellent service to
your organization. We get many new customers based on our
quality and quick response time. We promise our customers 4
hour response time on service calls. Which means if you call
before 11 am for service you will have same day service.
We encourage our customers to keep their equipment under Maintenance Agreements to ensure the optimum performance and life of their equipment. Our contracts include the following.

Loaner machines

ON-SITE SERVICE:
We offer onsite service in New York statewide, New
Jersey in the following counties - Mercer, Middlesex,
Morris, Monmouth, Passaic, Somerset, and Sussex.
We also offer onsite service in southern Connecticut.
Note that we don't charge a travel charge to any of
these areas.
DEPOT SERVICE:
For our customers who aren't in out immediate service
area, we offer depot service. We have an average
turn-around time of 24 hours from the day we receive
your equipment. Return shipments are made via UPS
or can be billed through your carrier. Customers
have found depot service to be an extremely cost
effective way to have your equipment serviced. |
