Breaking News - Obama signs ATM Signage Bill into Law- President Obama officially signed the ATM Signage Bill (H.R. 4367) into law yesterday afternoon. The new law eliminates the Regulation E requirement for secondary fee notification signage to be posted externally on the ATM. Fee notification will still need to be provided on the terminal screen.
